Dog waste is a rarely considered source of pollution that poses threats to human and environmental health. With few sustainable solutions available, our team created The DoGreen Project, a systematic, biology-based solution to waste management in urban dog parks.
Our project promotes collective action in waste management. The comprehensible iconography throughout the park makes the space inclusive to people who speak different languages and connects them through seeing the impact of each other's actions. We believe this project will provide users with a unique bio-solution that becomes a center for disposal, regeneration, education, and community engagement.
